Healbev Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Healbev, we're all about keeping things smooth and enjoyable – but we know hiccups happen. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us at support@healbev.com and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Return Policy Got second thoughts? No worries! You have 2 days after receiving your item to let us know you want to return it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item needs to be in the same condition you got it: unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
  • How to Start a Return:

  • Drop us a line at support@healbev.com to kick off the return process.
  • If we give the green light, we’ll send you a return shipping label and all the deets on how to send your package back.
  • Heads up – items sent back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.
  • Damages and Issues: Check your order as soon as it lands. If something’s not right – it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered – let us know straight away so we can sort it out.

    Exchanges: Want something else? The quickest way is to return what you have and place a new order for the item you want once we’ve accepted the return.
